The CCG is constantly listening to the views of local people, patients, partners and clinical staff, to learn more about the way that services are working, and how they could be improved.
But sometimes we might want to carry out some specific engagement work, or a formal public consultation, about a particular issue. The feedback we receive is then collated and analysed, and then the voices of local people can be considered along with other issues – such as staffing, funding, or clinical practice – to inform the decision-making process.
